House Rules

1. 25 or younger, message us before booking 2. Ensure the number of guests matches your reservation. If you have visitors, give us a heads up. 3. No parties. 4. No candles. No smoking indoors or on the decks. If you smoke, please do so in the park across the street. 5. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM on weeknights and 11PM-8AM on weekends - there is an adjoining unit (no backyard access but there are a few shared walls). Do not use hot tub after 10pm. 7. Hot tub should be left the way you found it. Please, no glass - we provide plastic cups. 8. Please keep the windows closed if the air conditioning is running. 9. The garage and casita are owner's spaces and should remain locked. 10. We love animals, but there are no pets allowed

We had an amazing stay in this house! The location was great and the house worked really well for our two young children. Everything was set up and stocked when we arrived, which made it easy to get settled. The host provided a lot of information before our trip about things to do in the area and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, 5/5, we would stay here again!

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for our family with two young children. Our toddler loved having her own room with a bed similar to home. Checkin was easy, and Brent ensured we had all the info we needed and was available for our questions. The location is perfect for families. So close to the zoo, parks, museums, walking distance to restaurants and a short drive from downtown, old town, and the airport. We would happily stay here again.
